My name is Bruce Coker. I have lived in NW Georgia my entire life.I love this area and want to represent it's people better than they are presently  being represented. I have been married to Danita Medders Coker for the past 23 years. I have three sons, two on earth and one in heaven. Nathan is the oldest .  Dusty is the youngest.   Nicholas died at age seven to a rare genetic disorder. I   am a Deputy Sheriff at the Walker County Sheriff''s Office.  I have been a member of The LaFayette Optimist Club for the past 15 years.  I have been President for two terms and Lieutenant Governor for one. I am a substitute teacher.   I am a member of Western Lodge #91 a lodge of F&AM.   I am a member of LaFayette Church of Christ.   I am a public servant.   Every thing I do revolves around servitude and is the reason I am running for the office of State Senator.
